Yes, I know, it's a white 'loaf', thought I'd break myself/children in gently, but I aim to get the wholemeal dough in the fridge to prove overnight.
I think I may modify the shape too.
Hope a slice will fit in the toaster...

Yes! It's as yum as it looks, I'm dead chuffed. Even the children like it!
I'm so glad my grandma gave me her Kenwood Chef with a dough hook, took away some of the hard work and I just did a little kneading so I felt I'd made it myself.
