I'm afraid karate's proving to be a bit of a non-adictive hobby at the moment!! I think that the following might also fall into that category:
- going to the gym
- playing a sport
- doing anything that involves physical exersion (is that how you spell exersion???)

Exertion.
Says the daughter of an English teacher (head of dept, actually).
I did, however, use my handy dictionary.
