Oh, I've managed to restrain myself for over 24 hours, but I've got to tell you. I ran 3.66 miles yesterday, without walking. In 40 minutes and 52 seconds. I am just a tad chuffed with myself. Doesn't make my legs sore, but my word, makes my arm hurt! I have found some natural anti-inflammatories, so I'm hoping that will help, along with paracetamol if necessary.
3.66 miles! In 40 minutes and 52 seconds!!
Have to see if I can do it again sometime...

Go you!
(Feeling tired now, you run for me OK?!)
I never intended to get 'into' running, (or become a running bore!) but it is definitely catchy. In my sane moments, I know it's complete maddness, I daren't tell my mum, I can hear the prune face from here! But then I find myself feeling anxious and depressed at a weekend, when I don't run and David pointed out I'm missing my run. Help!
Yeah, I'll 'run' for you, but I can't guarantee to share the benefits! (Not that I'm quite sure what they are yet...)
xx
This is brilliant - really good going. You seem to be going further and faster at quite a rate. I wonder whether you'll decide to run the marathon?
Er....NO!!!!
I'm finding myself more competitive than I wanted to be, but I don't want to race. I set myself little goals, (the first was 1.5 miles, the second 2, the third a full 2.5 mile circuit, then the 3.66 mile circuit...) but I'm running out of challenges without getting into serious 5K and 10K races, which I don't want.
No, really, I don't.
I just want to have the cardiovascular fitness for this walk.
But I'm scared I won't be able to stop...
Help!
Tee hee.
My prediction:
_YOU_ are going to run the marathon!
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooo!!
Please, don't make me.
I know of people that have set that very challenge for themselves for a specific reason, like, their 40th birthday...
Help!
Hey, now here's an idea.
You_do_it_with_me.
Now who's laughing!
