I do something similar when I'm wearing sunglasses - somehow I don't expect anyone to be able to hear me...

I have a lot of problems related to my glasses, oddly enough.
Like, not being able to see when I put my glasses, only to find, I already have my lenses in.
Or, finding myself in the shower, able to see. Because I've forgotten to take my glasses off.
Looking everywhere for my glasses because I need them. Only to find them on my face...
Funny how David actively encouraged me to get contact lenses...
"Sorry", said my beautiful, bespectacled optician in the summer. "I'm afraid you don't need glasses". I saw her point - there are some gorgeous ones to choose from.
My husband can't see a thing without his lenses / glasses on and I very insensitively forget that all the time me the time in the middle of the night.
